Membership Terms for All Tiers · Effective July 2026
| 'HUNGRYBLR' | The F&B founder and operator community operated by Revanth Dinesh under Scoops N Swirls Ice Cream LLP. |
| 'Member' | Any individual or entity that has paid for and been granted membership to HUNGRYBLR. |
| 'Community Platforms' | The HUNGRYBLR WhatsApp group(s), newsletter, website (hungryblr.in), and any associated events. |
| 'Membership Fee' | The annual fee paid at the tier selected: Builder (₹999), Operator (₹1,999), Vendor (₹4,999). Circle tier is invite-only. |
| 'Content' | Any text, links, recommendations, business information, or materials shared on Community Platforms. |
2.1HUNGRYBLR membership is annual and personal. Membership is not transferable to another individual or entity.
2.2Membership grants access to the benefits of the tier selected, as described in the published tier overview at the time of purchase. HUNGRYBLR reserves the right to modify tier benefits with 30 days' notice to members.
2.3Circle membership is by invitation of the Founder only and has no automatic renewal.
2.4Membership auto-renews annually at the prevailing rate unless the member cancels at least 7 days before the renewal date.
3.1All membership fees are payable in advance via the payment methods offered at the time of purchase.
3.2Membership fees are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase, except where required by applicable law.
3.3Within the first 7 days of a new membership (not a renewal), a full refund may be requested by writing to revanth@hungryblr.in, provided the member has not attended any events or accessed exclusive resources.
4.1HUNGRYBLR is a community of F&B professionals. Members are expected to engage honestly, constructively, and respectfully.
4.2The following are strictly prohibited on Community Platforms:
4.3Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate removal from Community Platforms without refund.
5.1Any content shared by members on Community Platforms remains the property of the member who shared it. By sharing content, members grant HUNGRYBLR a non-exclusive licence to reference or excerpt that content for community purposes (e.g. newsletter mentions) with attribution.
5.2HUNGRYBLR's name, brand, and content, including newsletters, event materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of Scoops N Swirls Ice Cream LLP. Members may not reproduce or distribute HUNGRYBLR content outside the community without written permission.
6.1HUNGRYBLR reserves the right to remove any member who violates these Terms, with or without prior warning, at the sole discretion of the Founder. No refund will be issued upon removal for conduct violations.
6.2A member may request voluntary cancellation at any time by writing to revanth@hungryblr.in. No prorated refund will be given for unused membership periods beyond the 7-day window in Clause 3.3.
7.1Vendor members agree to represent their products and services honestly and accurately within Community Platforms.
7.2Vendor members may not misuse community data (member names, contacts, or business details) for purposes other than genuine business enquiries initiated by members.
7.3HUNGRYBLR does not guarantee any specific leads, referrals, or commercial outcomes to Vendor members.
8.1HUNGRYBLR provides a community platform for F&B professionals. It does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any advice, recommendations, vendor products, or business information shared by members.
8.2HUNGRYBLR's liability to any member is limited to the membership fee paid for the current membership period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
