Identity Data	Full name, Aadhaar number (for prize fulfilment if applicable).
Contact Data	Phone number, email address, city/area of operation.
Business Data	Name of your F&B business, stage of business, type of business.
Payment Data	Payment reference numbers. We do not store card numbers or bank account details.
Usage Data	Event attendance records, newsletter open/click data (aggregate only).
Communication Data	Messages sent to us via WhatsApp, email, or contact forms.

2. Why We Collect It

HUNGRYBLR Membership	To process your membership, provide access to community platforms, send the weekly newsletter, and manage event access.
Catering Enquiries	To respond to catering requests, send quotations, and issue booking confirmations.
Vendor Communication	To facilitate connections between Vendor members and the general membership (with member consent).
Legal Compliance	To meet our obligations under applicable Indian law, including tax and company filings.

3. How We Use Your Data

• We send the HUNGRYBLR weekly newsletter and event communications to members.
• We share your first name and business name within the member community (e.g. in introductions). You can opt out of this at any time by writing to us.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We use Razorpay for payment processing. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data.

4. Data Retention

Membership Data	Retained for the duration of membership + 2 years for legal and compliance purposes.
Payment Records	Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
Event Records	Retained for 3 years.
Communication Records	Retained for 1 year unless required longer for dispute resolution.

5. Your Rights Under DPDPA 2023

• Right to access: You may request a copy of your personal data held by us.
• Right to correction: You may request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to withdraw consent: You may unsubscribe from newsletters or marketing communications at any time.
